I am not a fan of oatmeal to begin with and not sure why I got sent this as I wouldn't have opted in for it but still grateful for it. I passed it along to my family, and they said it was good. Has good in protein, good taste, good quality for a breakfast item. Great source of fiber easy to cook. Maybe its because of the protein that I feel like I have more energy in the more. I thought would like this flavor more but the flavor felt lacking and the actual nuts just took more for a surprise but I tot get a lot of huts. Just in ont or 2 bites. I personaly would not buy the flavor.

It's so good creamy not to sweet, no over powering banana taste ! If you like banana nut anny thing then you'll love this !! A++
