I was pleasantly surprised to see there were real nuts in it. An easy way to add some protein to your diet. It keeps you full as well. It smells as good as it tastes. A fantastic meal option!

I do, however, like oatmeal. I tried the Quaker Protein Instant Oatmeal Banana Nut flavor and followed the microwave directions on the pouch, since I hadn't made this variety before. It came out way too watery for my liking, but it was still flavorful and tasted good. The next time I just poured my own hot water in the bowl instead of heating in the microwave and that worked better for me. Each serving contains 12 grams of protein, which is wonderful, because I'm trying to increase my protein intake. It kept me full for hours. I would consider buying this again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The banana nut flavor of protein oatmeal tastes like regular oatmeal. I don't think it tastes different. The banana nut flavor has pieces of banana and some nuts in it. I think this is a great way to get extra protein into your diet.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This has way too much sugar in it. Whey is terrible for digestion, and it isn't as important for some people, but I really wish this was organic and free of dairy and gluten. From a health standpoint, I just can't recommend it

The only thing is I can't tell if it's because of the protein or because it's oatmeal since oatmeal usually fills me up. I don't think this will be an everyday for but a good alternate to my protein shake!
