It wasn't as mushy as the flavor without protein. The added protein did keep me fuller longer and give me added energy. I will keep trying it.

Especially because I was used to eating the rolled oats with brown sugar and cinnamon so this was new for me. I ate it more like a warm cereal rather that a thick oatmeal. I will mention though, if you do eat this, PLEASE eat it with oat milk. That was the way I made it the first time before running out and I was in absolute love. Then I made the next batch with water and I'll be honest, I'll never do that again because it's no where near as satisfying
