Not a lot of fat or carbs compared to some other options ! (Little more fat and cholesterol in this one than the maple & brown sugar, but not a lot by any means, and this one has 2 more grams of protein)

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really loved the Quaker Protein Instant Oatmeal Banna nut flavor. It was so easy to make and very quick as well. 60 seconds in the microwave and it's perfect. I can't wait to try some of the other flavors.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was very tasty. I really liked that it was well balanced between the sweet flavor of the banana and the earthy but flavor. Sometimes banana flavored products have a tendency to have too much fake banana taste. This did not suffer from that at all. I would've given it five stars but I found out only after eating it, that it contained milk. I have a dairy sensitivity so it did give me a bit of a stomach ache and honestly that is a bit on me for not checking the label before hand, however I've never really encountered an instant oatmeal with milk in it that didn't have cream in the title. All in all, a good product and I will buy other flavors.

Being that I'm on a high protein, low-fat “diet” this is perfect for me! Oatmeal keeps you full for a long time, especially with the added protein. The flavor is really good too!
