It's pretty low on calories if it's your entire breakfast & it's the perfect amount of banana-y nut flavor. But seriously, did I miss something?! Because I pulled this out of the microwave and it looked like it already had milk/cream in it?! This right here is a game changer for a quick, easy AND delicious breakfast. The kids love it too!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Really delicious but it was too milky with the recommended 3/4 cup of milk. With adding less milk it was just perfect. Here is what I didn't like. It has whey protein which makes my skin breakout so bad. So its not something I will eat often and there were only 3 tiny tiny tiny little pieces of nuts. This is called banana nut, it should be full of nut. Also there is 10g of added sugar. Which is a lot. I wish it wasn't sweetened so each one can add their own sweetener. Some positive points, this has 10g of protein which is a good amount of protein and it has polyunsaturated fat and monounsaturated fat which helps with bad cholesterol.

The flavor is good, you can still taste a slight flavor of the protein in it. It's nothing too overpowering, but it is there. Over all, great!
