I like how these are a quick go to in the morning. I like adding honey to these. The flavor of these are great! I deducted a star because the suggestion amount of water/milk is off. Need to add more after cooking so it's not dryish.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was.excited to try these Quaker protein instant oatmeals because I love oatmeal and eat it all the time. Unfortunately, this product is terrible. While it does have a banana flavor, it tastes extremely artificial amd has a weird aftertaste like protein powder. Disgusting. The texture is also strange, like quinoa instead of oats. Do not recommend. I didnt even finish one pack before throwing it all away. Even the dog wouldn't eat it :(

I have tried doing protein shakes and protein added things, but I hate the taste. It's awful. However, this was wonderful! I loved the taste and knowing that I was starting my day with some protein . It tasted just like regular oatmeal and didn't have any weird protein powder flavor.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Quaker protein instant oatmeal tastes just like their regular oatmeal, but has the benefit of added protein. When I look at protein bars and protein shakes, I like to get foods that have 0.05 to 0.1 grams of protein per calorie. With 12 grams of protein for 230 calories, this is barely more than 0.052, so kind of like a protein bar that tastes like a candy bar. Replacing the 10 grams of added sugar with an artificial sweetener, would theoretically reduce the calories by 40 and give you 0.06 grams of protein per calorie, which would be better. The benefit of extra protein (besides fulfilling your daily protein needs), is that I don't get the same carb crash that I sometimes experience after eating the standard protein. The banana has nut has a nice flavor, without overpowering the taste of the oatmeal. The maple and brown sugar oatmeal has a good flavor but is too sweet.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was apprehensive to try these protein oatmeal's because I don't enjoy the chalkiness of some proteins. However I was pleasantly surprised by how delicious these were. The packages of oatmeal even seem bigger, the cooking instructions were clear and I loved the no extra mess by being able to measure the liquid in the same pouch. Add cooking for some additional time so it got a little thicker I added more banana and some peanut butter. This literally kept me full all day with energy I needed. Love these!

I've been eating this every day for months and being able to try different flavors just made it perfect for me. Didn't try it cold yet but definitely a great taste if you serve it warm.
