[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Im not a big breakfast person but this was super easy to make and also didn't make me hate myself for eating all that sugar bc of the high protein….I couldn't even tell (ie it didn't just taste like a bunch of protein powder). I liked this flavor over the maple one but both were tasty! I think milk just adds that extra creaminess that water doesn't but either work!

Plus you get a great serving of protein, fiber & whole grains and it's low fat with no artificial flavors or preservatives.

This flavor tasted like banana nut bread. It does have sugar in it so for those who are super cautious beware. For me I don't restrict my intake and am just reasonable with all food and find that this is ok to eat. I loved this and will buy again guaranteed.

As a corporate flight attendant, these packets really come in handy and the taste AWESOME! I definitely plan on recommending Quaker Protein Instant Oatmeal to friends and family!
