The dried bananas are soft by the time you eat them you wouldn't even know! There I'd a slight after taste? Similar to that of Stevia but it does not deter me from eating it!

If you're looking for a quick and healthy breakfast option, this is it! With just 5 minutes of prep time and 250 calories per serving, it's a great choice. I loved the yummy sweetness of banana and nutty crunch, plus the texture was perfect - not too firm and not too mushy. It was also very filling due to the 10g of protein per serving, and it couldn't be easier to prepare - just add hot water or milk. Nutritional-wise, it contains 33g of carbs, 2g of fat, 3g of fiber, and 12g of sugar - a bit more sugar and carbs than I would usually eat for breakfast. However, overall, it's a great option for an instant breakfast.

I love how this oatmeal has the banana chunks and walnuts inside of this oatmeal giving it the extra scrunch and flavor that you need.
