It took right at 60 seconds, and it thickened quickly. The taste was SPOT ON to banana bread! It had just the right amount of sweetness. I love that it has 12g of protein, and is low in sugar. It kept me full til lunchtime. Taste was amazing, and I will definitely be buying more of these.

I don't eat a lot of oatmeal because it doesn't usually "stick with me" through my whole morning until lunch. I'm pleasantly suprised with this oatmeal, though. The portions are large and the added protein helped keep me full longer. The flavor is true to the classic instant oatmeal packets. I would purchase this again.

I've been bringing them to work for my snack and the banana nut has been keeping me full for the remainder of my 12 hour shift so I don't have to attack the vending machine almost every 2 hours. It's super easy to make with a kettle or in the microwave and doesn't have a soggy or chewy texture that other protein oatmeal brands have.

You can't taste that there is any protein in it and it definitely tastes like banana nut bread, just in oatmeal form 🤪 definitely recommend this for anyone who is looking to increase their protein intake.

The oatmeal provides 10g of protein in each serving. It was a filling serving size. I like that it has 10g of protein, a good source of fiber, and it's made without artificial flavors or preservatives. It also tasted great!
