I feel like if you like the original quaker instant oatmeal you will also like the fiber/protein version. The protein is an added bonus! I really couldnt taste the di. Its definitely sweet though.

With more protein, I feel fuller with this oatmeal (versus the original), but with the same easy preparation and great taste!

This elevates everything you remember about instant oatmeal and makes it even easier. You can measure the water right in the envelope after you pour the oatmeal on a bowl, and then just one minute in the microwave and it's done. The extra protein is whey protein, so it's naturally derived from milk and so it just feels and tastes like exactly what you remember with extra goodness. I love this and will definitely be buying more.

The texture is the same as you'd expect loaded with tons of flavor. My only complaint is that I'm not huge on banana flavoring so that's my only critique but everything else is great!

I love the convenience of these oatmeal packets because it takes less than two minutes to cook and keeps you full until lunch time. Great source of protein too!
