That said, I thought it tasted pretty good! The banana flavour was a little artificial tasting to me, and I thought there could have been a bit more nuts. I also find when making these protein instant oatmeals, I have to use slightly less water than the instructions say or it will turn out soupy.

I love maple and brown sugar oatmeal but this one is packed with protein and it’s so delicious! Definitely will be purchasing more when I run out.

Not only do they have 10+ grams of protein per servicing, but they don’t have any artificial preservatives or flavors. It’s also a good source of fiber and is 100% whole grains. When you’re in need of a quick breakfast or snack, these are a great option. These were very filling and yummy.
