This is one of the best oatmeal’s from quacker but it is hardly available.

Boxes were mushed up something heavy must of been on them

Good stuff

Five of the individual oatmeal bags were not sealed properly and I could not use them. I only was able to use one bag and I’m not sure if it was sealed properly or not, as I ate it before I realized there was a problem with the others. Very disappointing and wasted money.

Protein that you normally would not get eating just oatmeal taste good. I add one packet to two handfuls. I have small hands and then I add water and three servings of oat milk creamer vanilla flavor then I add fresh berries or frozen cherries and it stays with me for hours..

Overall Good protein
