This was my first time trying banana nut oatmeal. It’s the perfect breakfast, and it’s awesome that you can get your protein in with your breakfast! The maple wasn't overwhelming but also strong enough I wasn't missing it. The brown sugar was that perfect sweetness without feeling like a dessert. Will be buying again.

It had a very strange texture as many things proteins do. I gave it three stars because I appreciate the idea and will have to try again another day.

The flavor was good (though a bit too sweet for me personally) but it was too thin. I also felt like the oats hadn’t absorbed as much as they should even though I put it in for the most recommended cook time.

It has no artificial preservatives as a good source of fiber it’s 100% whole grain and it is certified at heart healthy. It also has 12 g of protein per serving. They are definitely very easy to use in a ready in 90 seconds, which is amazing quick for someone on the go.
