He said it wasn't horrible but the taste wasn't to his expectations. However, if you're someone who is very health concious this might be your lane.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It comes with 6 individual packs and each pack has 230 calories, 60g and 12g of sugars. I personally like brown sugar one better but this one isn’t bad either. All you need is water or milk and put it in a microwave. Super easy.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This instant oatmeal is easy to make for on the go. You can use hot water or cole water in a microwave. It has a good banana flavor with visible small nut pieces. The consistency is also good and has a good portion amount per pouch for breakfast.

I started eating two packages of the Banana Nut Protein 10 in January every morning. Then doing away in fried food, sweets, soft drinks and doing protion control. Also change my Workout in the Gym as of today April 8, 2015 I have lost 31 pounds of fat while maintaining my Lean Muscle. This Quaker Instant Oatmeal is great and I give it most of the credit for changing my eating habits.
