The maple and brown sugar is the one that I like more from all the available flavors. I cook them in the microwave with almond milk, I don't use plain water and becomes very creamy, delicious

The texture and taste are the same but the added protein is hidden. The oatmeal doesn’t feel heavy and it fills you up just the same. This oatmeal is sweet and the brown sugar and maple flavors are strong and flavorful.

I have bought this brand before so I was very excited to give these a try. The Maple and Brown Sugar taste really good. You can definitely taste the maple and the brown sugar. I love that it’s easy to make and that you can pair it with fruit. I love that it’s packed with protein. A healthy breakfast great for those cold days. I will be buying more especially because I’m trying to eat more healthy. H

The added protein is a nice touch, but taste wise the flavors didn't coincide with what the box is marketing .. the Maple didn't taste like maple & it had a weird aftertaste. If your looking for something tasty I wouldn't reccomend this but if taste means nothing & your here for the gains then I'd reccomend you test them out as they have 10-12g of protein. #complimentary @Influenster

Each packet has 10gs of protein per serving and made with 100% whole grains. This is the perfect balance, and is not too sweet.

I always use Quaker Oats, they have always tasted good and have held up in quality over the years. I was pleased to try this.
