You get your protein intake & they taste so good. The maple & brown sugar flavor is so good. It’s a great way to start your day!

I’ve always loved the Maple & Brown Sugar flavor but this one has 10g of protein in each serving! Easy way to get your protein in early! I do like the fact this one left me feeling full , I can’t wait to try it with a sliced up banana and maybe more nuts ! Would and definitely recommend/purchase these guys !!

It also has a few nuts inside, although not too many. I still combine them with a little more nuts and fruits I like. They are quite easy to eat and quite quick to prepare. I don't need to spend too much time on a light meal.

I love eating oatmeal for breakfast but would have to add protein to it and this just makes it so much easier for me to grab and go since the protein is in it. it taste just like a banana bread. I thought this oatmeal tasted great and was impressed with how filling the packets were. I even made it with a bit of Fairlife milk for extra protein.

It did keep me full and the texture and consistency was good as well. My kids, myself, and my husband all enjoyed it. We will be trying other different flavors of Quaker Protein Instant Oatmeal.
