The packet has the measurement of how much water/milk you need, stir, and one minute in the microwave and it’s done. The taste is amazing and that fact that it has protein is a plus.

YUMMY! Now i can just tear open some packets, add water, and viola ! I usually made plain oatmeal and added some flavors, not anymore.... my family asked for this every day since the first time i served it. One word.... yummy, ok two words healthy too!

I didn’t love this version as much when heated as I did chilled as overnight oats dressed up with some pecans. I noticed by having the banana pieces soak overnight they became plump and more flavorful than when I made this with boiling water. I love the added protein because I choose oats often for breakfast for the health benefits. I typically make my own from plain oatmeal but these packets are great for on-the-go. When traveling often I would pack my suitcase with oatmeal like this. I find that I can go longer without feeling hungry and my energy is up. So glad this product is out there.

My honest opinion is that I hate the flavor, it has a nice banana smell when heated but there is absolutely no banana flavor in the oatmeal. It tastes very bland to me, like eating plain oatmeal.
