[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this box of Quaker Protein Instant Oatmeal Banana Nut through Influenster and was so excited as Banana Nut has always been one of my favorite Quaker Oatmeal flavors!! It tastes exactly the same to me BUT with added protein, which is GREAT!! I'm always looking to add more protein into my diet and 1 serving (1 packet) equals 12 grams of protein! It's also heart healthy, which is important to me as I get older! Perfect and delicious breakfast (now with more protein!) for these cold Fall and Winter mornings!

I wouldn't recommend if you're diabetic or dont like sugary things. Still enjoyed the aroma and flavor! I'd definitely recommend lowering the amount of liquid you add (water or milk) if you dont like things too soggy. I also tried mixing the dry with yogurt and it was good!
