This is a good option for that since it has a good amount of protein and a very good flavor. However its 12g of sugar (20% of the % DV) makes it something that I would eat just once a week.

Provides a great source of protein and a great start to the day or any time of the day! We love the maple brown sugar flavor so much but the banana nut is great too!

Banana nut is one of my favorite! Tastes delicious! It's easy to make and good for when you're on the go! It's filling and Quaker oatmeal will continue to be my go to brand!

He said it has an excellent flavor and texture! He likes adding extra bananas to it for a little more sustenance and yumminess!! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was happy to receive a voxbox from Influenster containing Quaker protein oatmeal in the Banana Nut flavor. Upon opening the box, I noticed the packets are larger than regular oatmeal packets. The packet weighed more also. I used the hot water method to make the oatmeal and I noticed that there were actual nut pieces within the oatmeal which was nice. The flavor wasn't super overpowering but it was really good. I think this is a great breakfast option for the colder months ahead as it's comforting and keeps you full throughout the morning. I would recommend you try this if you're looking for a good oatmeal.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] 10/10! I mix one pack with 1 scoop of vegan vanilla protein powder, mash in 1 egg & 1 banana! Then I divide into a 4 mini muffin pan evenly and bake!!! Such a delicious high protein banana nut oatmeal “muffin”!!

I normally use water with my oatmeal and this did a great job thickening up. I recommend this if you're looking for a protein packed breakfast.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was sent Quaker Protein Instant Oatmeal in Banana Nut for an honest review. Banana Nut is one of my favorite flavors of oatmeal. It reminds me a little of Honey Nut Cheerios, but in an oatmeal meal form. The packets are nice for on the go. I don't have time in the mornings to make coffee, so I take a pack to work with me and have it for breakfast or lunch. It's simple, it's tasty, you get your protein and fiber. I recommend this product.

Perfect portion and full of good grains and protein, recommended to try for everyone.
