Firstly, banana is my least favorite fruit so that didn't help, but I also just didn't enjoy the over grainy/oaty texture that I can't really describe in words. It also has a “healthy” taste to it, similar to diet coke vs regular coke. I could just taste something different than the regular oatmeal. Im sure some people will enjoy this, but I wouldn't spend money on it.

I was a bit apprehensive that it was going to have a powdery or chalky texture. I could tell there was protein added because there was a bit of a textural difference. You don't even need a measuring cup to measure the water or milk you use! You can use the packet the oatmeal comes in. It was delicious and nutritious and gave me an instant boost of energy! However, I do think it is too high on the packet because my oatmeal always comes out watery when I fill it to the line as suggested. I like the nuts in this packet, although the banana flavor is a little fake. Lastly, I like that this is protein focused but wish there was a little less added sugar!
