I would recommend eating it with actual banana slices and maybe some chopped walnuts, but the walnuts aren't really needed as Quaker already put some in it. Flavor is great. I didn't eat it as breakfast food, but it makes a good midday snack. Had a bowl around 3:00 and it kept me full until dinner around 8:00. Really like this stuff. 10 out of 10!
