The oatmeal is warm and hearty and makes a quick and easy breakfast at work! It’s great for the winter months to keep warm and the maple and brown sugar flavor is delicious!!

I gave it four stars because I could tell that it tasted different than the oatmeal with out added protein.

Personally, I could taste the protein powder but it was not overwhelming. Will definitely add this to my routine and maybe switch it up a bit by adding nuts and/or almond milk!
