I have been making my grandmother’s chocolate meringue pie for years and I am always looking for ways to make the chocolate taste richer. I found it! This cocoa powder is 100% cacao. It gives the pie a very rich, chocolate flavor without the chalky taste like some of the other powders out there. I was very impressed with the quality of this powder and would definitely recommend it!

Since this was my first time purchase of this product, I wasn’t sure what to expect. But let me tell you it is head and shoulders above the common grocery store cocoa powder. The flavor is deep, rich and intense without being bitter. It is by far a superior product don’t hesitate to get it. You will love it.

This is my new favorite cocoa powder! I saw this brand while placing an online order and thought I'd give it a try. I've never really been a fan of Hershey's powder. I first used this to make brownies - same recipe I always use. The flavor was so smooth and rich that I was an instant convert! My family could tell the difference as well and thought I'd purchased a mix. I noticed while shopping yesterday that my Sam's carries it in store, so I stocked up. I'm glad that, in this instance, Sam's paid attention to customer preference.

This is a great cocoa powder for baking. highly recommend blooming it in hot water or coffee to maximize flavor. this makes a lovely chocolate cake! large quantity which is great for someone who bakes a lot

Not as good as Ghirardelli cocoa, but, it's a suitable substitute if you can't afford the darker, richer, Ghirardelli. But, if you can afford it try the Ghirardelli Magestic.

I used Rich taste smooth blend this for hot cocoa. Very smooth and blends in much quicker than other brands. It has a rich cocoa taste. I like it much better than other brands I have used. I haven't tried baking with this but I look forward to using this in my favorite recipes.
