Vibration

Very disappointed with my experience purchasing tires from Sam's Club. The tires themselves were a major disappointment. Shortly after having them installed on my vehicle, I started experiencing a vibration at highway speeds. I had the tires balanced 6 times between Sam's Club and other tire shops, including a road force balance, and the issue was never resolved. After months of trying to get the problem fixed, I replaced them with a different tire model from a different tire shop and the vibration was completely gone. At that point, it was clear the issue was with the original tire quality. What was even more frustrating was the customer service experience with Sam's Club.
