All sauce no chicken. The sauce is about 1.5lbs, used about a 1/4 of 1 bag, threw away the rest.

The flavors and textures were great--better than I expected from a frozen entree, honestly. However, I was a bit disappointed that there were only about a dozen little nuggets in the box, which did not stretch as far as I had hoped for dinner, even with the white rice I cooked with it.
