Comfortable boy shorts. Mixed polyester material that is smooth with a bit if stretch. The shorts have pockets in the front and one back pocket, also a real tie waist. My son said they are comfy and fit a little big for my slim 8 year old - the 6-7 size fit him perfectly. Great for sports or just playing outside. Wash and wear easily is a plus.

My son is 12 and does basketball. He loved the shorts and wore them to one of his practices. He came home and immediately asked for more. He said he loved them and they were really comfortable. They are lightweight and the material is really thin. There are pockets on the sides and one back pocket. These can be worn as everyday shorts and not just workout. I am fond of the Champion brand clothing and these children’s active shorts didn’t disappoint! They have an elastic waistband with a drawstring to tighten if needed, a pocket in the back, and are very light weight! Perfect for the heat and summer! The dark navy blue color is a nice shade.

This are great loose-fitting shorts for the summertime. The color is bright and vivid and does not fade in hot / cold water. It doesn't shrink in the dryer. One downside is my teen son prefers a solid string color instead of the blue and white color. The drawstring is sturdy and does not fray.
