Defect product

I purchased this bracelet along with the cross chain from the store itself. It was packaged up by the store; and, I wrapped it as it was a Father's Day gift. To my surprise, the bracelet is BROKEN. This product was already defective when purchased. I will never purchase any jewelry from Sam's again!
