I bought this TV at a really good price. My previous TV was damaged in a move so I needed something ASAP without breaking my budget. It was bigger than I was looking for but fit perfectly in the space I have for it. The brightness, contrast and sound are all peak quality. Only issue I have is that from time to time, it doesn't always connect to my WIFI right away (my WIFI service is great by the way). Either way I'm extremely happy and satisfied with my purchase. Also with Samsung overall as a brand.

I love this tv! It has a beautiful screen, it's bright and colorful, just amazing quality! I love that i can adjust the contrast when watching scary movies because i have trouble seeing the darker parts, it's so easy to do with this. It's also great for gaming, nothing like the models even a few years ago, it's crazy the experience , you feel like you're in the game when everything is so realistic looking. This was worth every penny!!

Clear and vivid picture and easy to access all the smart features. The colors are bright and surprisingly they stand out more then my 4k lg TV. I actually enjoy watching shows I never used to watch based on their color profiles now. Its so cool. Upscaling is also clear. A great contrast between colors as well. The overall speed of the tvs software is also good. I guess that would follow under responsiveness.

Great TV. I own 2 of them. The smart TV processes super fast and is so easy to use my 7 year old navigates his way flawlessly. Its also super nice to have your entire home integrated and get notifications from your washer and dryer, refrigerator or even your cell.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been amazed since day one before I even turned it on. The box was so light that I thought they forgot the tv or the driver kept it. I live all the free apps and channels. I've had it a few months now and I will be buying another Samsung when I need one.

This TV is too dark to see. I asked for support and everything we tried it didn't work. Theu schedules for service tech but then mentioned if the “TV is working like its supposed to, then I will have to pay for the service regardless”. I read some posts online and it seems the Tv is just dark, you literally can't see any night scenes. I cancelled service because i didnt want to pay for nothing. Horrible policy of Samsung. If they don't reach out I am never buying Samsung again

The remote doesn't always work right. Biggest problem is with the volume control have Samsung TV's both have the same volume issues. They have the same remote when trying to raise or lower the volume tv keeps going to mute. I have to use a fire stick remote to control the volume.

I love my Samsung TV easy to operate and offers free Samsung channels with local channels as well as connecting other devices and easy to download your favorite apps all in one place all under one bill one email under Samsung pass on your phone where it keeps all your data protected and passwords and today's world with AI you need this to keep intrusive perpetrators out!

This TV is a pain. It refuses to work property with HDMI ports. Icons often disappear and have to be re-added. The volume background is too loud. I've adjusted it but it is still a problem. & the REMOTE sticks and then moves to fast. We don't even use it unless absolutely necessary. Overall, I would NOT recommend this TV and I would NOT buy another one. I have a friend who has it and they feel the same way.
