[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m giving this 4 out of 5 stars. The aesthetics of the unit are sleek, but the color and resolution aren't always consistent. It’s frustrating when the picture quality shifts on certain streaming apps or movies, and after trying to troubleshoot it online, we still haven't found a permanent fix. On a positive note, the security features and privacy settings are easy to navigate, which gives us peace of mind. It’s a good product, but I wish the display settings were more reliable across different types of content.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve had this TV for @ 1 year and it has ceased to work properly. We tried to reset with no effect. Screen simple blinks on and off a dull blue. Remote does nothing and we can only turn it off by unplugging it. It is a bedroom TV so it has had relatively little use compared to our other TVs. A total disappointment.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very budget friendly for the price. Easy to use and setup. Bright and extremely vibrant. Deep colors, 4k resolution together looks great. Samsung account integration with appliances makes it easy to monitor my home without worrying about extra third-parties getting involved.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This TV looks great, and I'm not even talking about just the picture quality! Nice and slim, the colors pop, and it is my first 4k TV so it looks amazing! I did think I was getting a 120hz TV when I purchased however, but I was looking at two TVs and I must have attributed that one to this TV! Oh well I don't play competitive games anymore for 60hz works fine for my single player PS5 games. Speaking of games this does only have 2 HDMI ports so if you have a lot of devices you might want something different. I just have my PS5 and Fire stick (I honestly haven't tried the Samsung Apps yet so those might be fine).

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Finally got my large 55” 4k HDTV I always wanted. Beautiful picture, great sound without any external speakers. However navigating the Home Screen took a little time to figure out. But extremely happy.

It like being in the movies but in the comfort of home. It is light weight not heavy at all. The resolution is great the brightness is ten out of ten.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The positives: Nice looking TV, easy to initially set up. The color and resolution are terrific. The vibrant colors make nature shows seem like you are right there in the forest, desert or mountains. The Samsung TV Plus channels are a welcome bonus and offer a nice variety of programs to choose from. Lastly, this TV is an amazing value for the price. The negatives: The remote and menus for setting are very confusing, as the remote has been streamlined TOO much. The internal speaker does not interact with the sound bar we purchased, even though it was supposed to be compatible with our TV. It loses connection with the sound bar, then when it re-establishes the connection and we go to watch a Samsung TV Plus, a VERY loud and jarring sound effect plays through the sound bar

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Picture quality is amazing compared to my previous Hi sense 55", movies are even better to watch with bright colors and black background. Also using Dex with my Z Fold 6 makes it easier with Wireless. If you have kids the security makes it easy to limit them. I don't regret this product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm having an issue with the TV - automatically turns itself on, automatically pauses, automatically unpauses, automatically unmutes itself. Samsung replaced the main board, but the issue still persists. Other than that, the picture and sound are great.
