All in all a good entry level TV.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's a decent TV with a good picture but is very laggy on controls when pushing a button on the remote. It takes a long time to register which button was pressed. Also when I turn my Xbox on, it either takes a long time to realize it was turned on or doesn't come on at all and there's no selection to choose the Xbox even when I try different or new HDMI cords from the Xbox to the TV. I do enjoy being able to seamlessly connect my phone and galaxy buds pro3 to the TV. It's also very thin and lightweight. Picture is very bright and the colors pop. The resolution with my Xbox is pretty good and I love the built in live tv with Samsung tv. Also very secure on keeping people from connecting their phones without permission.

Waste of money

Other than the clear picture, this is the worst TV I've ever owned. The lagging and interruptions are so bad that I don't even really use it, I use my laptop. I have fiber optic internet and did not have issues with my previous TV nor do I have connection issues with any other electronics in my house. The firmware is updated and I have run the device care several times. Such a waste of money and so disappointing.

The Ultimate Viewing Experience Every Time

The picture quality is absolutely stunning — the brightness, color accuracy, and resolution make every movie, sports event, and video look incredibly realistic and immersive. Don't buy !

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The tv is nice but when i hooked it up and saw there was a remote with no voice button ? I thought by 2025 all tv's had voice capabilities ! I could go on but I would never buy one of these !! Also,neither Wlmart or Samsung would take it back because i bought it online !

Your TV Works With Alexa, meaning you’ll need to connect a standalone Alexa device such as an Echo speaker, to control compatible smart home devices and some experiences on your TV. Here are the steps: 1. Download both the Amazon Alexa and Samsung SmartThings apps, if you don't already have them. Both are available for iOS or Android devices. 2. Make sure your Alexa device and TV are both connected to the same Wi-Fi network. 3. "Crystal" the name speaks for itself!

Great sound and picture

Exceeds Modern Expectations in Features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Samsung Crystal UHD 50-inch 4K Smart TV delivered a very good viewing experience overall. The design was sleek and modern with thin bezels that looked clean in almost any room setup, and the 4K picture quality was sharp with vibrant colors that made movies like Hobbit look impressive. Brightness levels were strong enough for daytime viewing, while darker scenes still maintained decent detail and contrast. The smart features were also convenient and easy to use. I especially liked the ability to use Bluetooth connectivity, smartphone remote functions, and private audio through headphones connected to my phone. Replacement remotes were inexpensive and easy to find, which made having multiple remotes around the house convenient. From a Security and software standpoint, the interface felt stable and straightforward, and I never had major issues with apps, connectivity, or navigation while the TV was functioning properly. For several years it performed exactly as expected and was genuinely enjoyable to use daily. The only thing worth mentioning is long-term durability. My particular unit eventually developed issues over time before finally failing completely, so while the features and picture quality were excellent throughout ownership, it may not be the kind of television built for multi-generation longevity, although that seems fairly common with most modern electronics today. Still, during the years it worked properly, it delivered a premium-looking image, useful smart features, and an overall user-friendly experience that made it easy to enjoy every day. This TV actually replaced another Samsung that eventually failed as well, and despite that, I would still gladly purchase another Samsung in the future when my current replacement eventually reaches the end of its lifespan in a few years.

Great features!
