The subject matter on the homepage is more than what I expected in a smart TV. This is my first the price was right. The size is good. I can only get better from here. Love the contrast, the color, the brightness everything is nice and sharp crisp. I've got a sound bar added to it along with my gaming system. It brings the world right in front of me.

I can link my TV to my Samsung phone remote and control the TV. I can use my TV with my computer and the contrast is perfect. I am going to purchase Samsung Tv's for every room, and plan of filling my horse with all Samsung products. I have purchased a Samsung washers & dryer, a refrigerator , microwave, and3 Samsung TV's already.

I had to go to a tech store to find out work the remote control... product start up didn't have clear instructions.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] the product is great very clear on the screen the audio is crisp and the colors is vibrant I would change would be the controller I would give it a voice like how you would have it with an Alexa or a fire stick I would give it a voice command button so that you can have the TV go to what you need to apply and click on it the buttons on the remote and then another thing is I think I would also change and add a button on the remote to switch HDMI it's a little Annoying going to the menu but then that the TV is good

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall the tv has been amazing!!! Picture quality is soooo good and the interface is easy to navigate once setup is complete. Initial setup can be somewhat daunting when it's your first big product with smart hub. Early on there was an issue where the remote that came with it quit working and was then doing weird things depending on the button you pressed. Used smart hub through my phone for a few months to control it and pulled out the remote the other day and it's all of the sudden working. Don't know if it was a bug that was fixed but I'm happy with it working now either way. Honestly that's my only complaint about this tv. Updates are easy to install and apps are as well. Overall a very good product. If it weren't for the remote issue i would have 0 complaints.

The sound is decent for everyday viewing, though adding the Samsung surround sound soundbar makes movies even better. Overall, it's a great value for anyone wanting an affordable 4K smart TV with a crisp picture and reliable performance.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I can't use my sound bar because there are no "audio output" jacks nor and optical output port. Our TV intermittently turns itself "on" or "off"...that's frustrating but almost everything else is wonderful.

Also kind of annoying that only the remote that came with it can click the update buttons. Overall a decent tv, but I don't think I'd buy it again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] There's a problem with the led lighting. After having it for awhile now. It's now having intense streaks in the screen. I am probably going to have to replace it soon. Other than that the colors and resolution have stayed flawless.
