Great Smart TV

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We've had this TV for almost a year and its been a really great set. The apps work easily and the screens are organized well. There's a lit of features included that are fun and interesting. The controls are fairly easy to figure out but mostly once everything is set up the only thing we change is volume and channels.

Screen Timed Out Remote

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] while watching the live stTV, the screen froze. It froze for several hours, even with turning it off and on overnight the next day I had to unplug the power supply to get the TV screen to show. The remote control should have numbers to make it easier to navigate

Reset Smart Hub – Home > left directional key > Settings > Support > Device Care > Self Diagnosis > Reset Smart Hub (This will sign you out of apps and reset Smart Hub to factory default.) 2. Update firmware – Home > left directional key > Settings > Support > Software Update > Update Now 3. Run Device Care – Home > left directional key > Settings > Support > Device Care > Start Device Care If the issue persists, contact Samsung Support at 1-800-SAMSUNG, 8AM – 12AM EST, 7 days a week. Great TV if you don't have older sound systems

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The picture and color are good, and it functions well. Remote even operates other devices and this convenient. There's no addition audio sound hook up so you can only utilize HDMI or Bluetooth to add extra sound options.

Great TV for bedroom

Features are great , wireless dex from my phone works seemlessly and smart things makes it so easy to use my phone as a remote. Can't wait till my living room tv breaks so I can replace it with a Samsung

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] the TV is all right it could be better there was great for the price and great for the convenience Charities all right I wish the settings would be more better for it and I wish I had more sound control and more and better bass. it does need more hookups USB parts USB parts and HDMI parts and stuff like that and the parts that it does have is in an and the parts that it does have is in An Inconvenient location and also let's get wildly and one of them quit working so I had to get it fixed

Problem with accessing original sat. programming.

When turned on goes to Samsung TV then I need to use select button on my satellite [Direct TV] remote to take me to my original programing. At times this does not work, and I need to turn off TV and then turn on again to repeat. Is there a better way?

Easy to use!

Sound is not loud enough.
