the remote that came with my TV did not come with the voice activated feature. also the remote that came with my surround sound is almost identical with the TV remote and is hard to tell apart

The picture is crystal clear. Wireless and Bluetooth connections are easy to use. Has a limited amount of external ports could actually use a few more. Excellent sound quality even not high volume.

Issues with gray/black pixels. We will replace this tv as soon as we're able. Also, we have to do 2 extra steps to get off the Samsung screen and onto our Roku/YoutubeTV screen.
