This is the third Samsung TV that I have purchased my first one was not a smart TV, so that tells you how long I have owned each one. I have had a 32 inch, 47 inch, and have recently graduated to a 55 inch.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's been awhile since I treated myself to Samsung TV and they're better than ever. Set up is basically automated - although, there were a lot of times I had the new remote, my TV AND my Samsung tablet in my hands as I had to get through the various checks, even though I have a Samsung account. But - it worked, I got through it, and it's easy to use. I had trouble figuring out the app selection/deletion - but basically I already had a FireTV Stick and decided to just use that, so there was little set-up beyond the basics.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Picture is excellent. I would love to see an optical speaker connection and more HDMI connections. I also missed having a printed user manual but I’m a boomer younger people probably don’t have a problem with that.

I just love the clear, bright picture. The sound is great. After getting it out of the box and powered on, I set up the TV settings. That took a bit. There is so much content that can be accessed through the TV that I just pushed buttons and clicked links just to see what I could see. Wow!! I might downgrade my streaming services for awhile since I have so many other options now

I love the picture and color, much brighter and more vibrant than my old TV. I also went 5 inches bigger this time and just love the screen size it brings everything to life!

I appreciate all the free apps available for music and entertainment. 50” tv was plenty good for me and was quite affordable. Really enjoy this television. A good purchase.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Samsung 55inch TV we got is AMAZING! It is the UHD model. The picture looks great on all the movies or shows we have watched. The sound is good too we usually have it on 14 and its pretty loud :). I am happy with it and will continue to buy Samsung TVs!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It seems that you did away with the light cable for sound. If we would of known that we may not have bought this model. Are surround sound is based on this and not hdmi. The light cable provides beter sound.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Had to replace my old Samsung 4k TV because of Normal wear and tear. The TV automatically is better than my old model. Because of how everything that I severything that I had complaints about the old t. VS got fixed with this model of television including the remote being better. The quality of the images way better. Much better ease of access of apps also And better way of switching back-and-forth without no lag. Overall, the television is a good quality Definitely worth a update.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It came with many preset channels to watch but after a while I realized most channels just repeates same programs so it gets boring. Also the channel guide doesn't change as I watch different channels so it gets confusing. Tv volume is not great so I wanted to use my sound bar but it didn't come with optical connection so I had to buy an adapter and it is a hassle to control the volume.
