This TV is OK. I’ve had Samsung‘s for years, but this one doesn’t have the clarity that I like it’s kind of dull, not sharp since there’s no way to adjust the brightness. I’m not really thrilled that I can’t use my remote. I have to program in what Programming I’m watching I don’t use the other services Netflix Hulu And others it’s OK but I was disappointed as it was a gift. I can’t even return it for a different television.

We have always purchased Samsung TVs. We are getting much older and needed a larger screen to help us read text and see clearer images. Thus, we purchased this TV. I am always concerned when I set up new electronics, but the set up was very simple and fast. We also purchased a Samsung soundbar with woofer to give us the movie like feeling. We have never done that before. That was simple as well. As for as quality all I can say is everything is clear has great color and contrast, and audio performance great. I wish I had purchased a little larger one but this one fits our needs.

Was able to look at the television right out the box and just had to connect internet everything updated was good. Television response was good with no lag.

I'm very satisfied with the picture quality but very annoyed with Samsung's interruptions, suggestions & requirements to agree to new terms that unbelievably popup while I am watching a program. I am the one that purchased this TV & controlling it should be mine. Multiple times I've researched how to stop this but somewhere along the line, there is a disconnect between the instructions on the internet that don't match up to what's offered in my settings. Picture quality goes right out the window at this point. I will not buy another Samsung.

Buyer Beware. Worst TV I have ever purchased. Samsung has always been reliable but this TV is absolutely terrible. When one app has an update none of the other apps will work until you restart the system. I have had to factory reset the TV in order to get apps to work properly. I am sad to see the quality of Samsung decline.

Awesome TV! Scenes from movies are so realistic. And sports on this TV at a whole new level. It makes it feel like you're actually there and participating in the sports. I got this TV just in time to watch World Cup soccer and now NFL football. The sound from the speakers are awesome but I did add a sound system to it and it sounds even better. I'm so Pleased with the performance of this TV.

Man, this 65-inch crystal UHD TV, which I've nicknamed GTV, is seriously awesome for my gaming and movie nights. The picture quality is super sharp and the colors are smooth, making everything look cool. Whether I'm 6hrs into a video game or just chilling on Netflix the immersion is next level. It's definitely been a fantastic upgrade for my entertainment setup. Honestly, I couldn't be happier with how great everything looks on this thing.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have a hard time to use the remote. Its hard to find the apps that you use most of time. I feel that the screen layout is the hardest part of the TV. Also when I my ps5 automatically turns it on when i just turned off.

My television has a great picture quality, but the sound volume could be a bit higher. I loved the easy to find what I am looking for when watching it. It would help if the input jacks were better marked as I had a hard time hocking up the cable and my DVD. It is one of the best televisions that I ever brought.

This is our Primary Bedroom TV. It is fine for its purpose. Sound is not good on its own. With TV getting so slim, they could eliminate the speakers all together except maybe one for setup only. Also setup for wireless tv service could be easier. Most of us have our own streaming service and sometimes it's hard to make that the primary or go-to.
