Really love the quality of the tv picture is the best I’ve seen I have five other tv’s and none of them compare to this and the sound on it is like a movie theater I would give this tv 10 stars if it had the option, the color is amazing and the. Streaming apps and options are top notch and I believe the best in my experience. Thank you so much for this amazing experience.

Now I’m not saying this will happen to you but unfortunately whenever that happens I have to turn my tv off and turn it back on to get that crackling sound to stop. Other than that I love this tv

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am very disappointed with this Samsung 75" Crystal UHD TV. The screen developed a visible defect, and this has made the TV frustrating to use. For a Samsung product, especially a 75" TV, I expected better long-term quality and reliability. The TV looked good when it was working properly, but the screen failure is a serious concern. A television should last more than a short period without developing this kind of issue. I am including a photo so other customers can see the defect before deciding whether to buy this model

My Tv at least once a week I have to hold the power button and reset the wifi? why I don't know because I have 3 other Samsung tvs and I don't have to do that at all. I love the brand but this is the first time in many years of owning Samsung that I have this issue since the tv was purchased.

This is a no frills product, that works how it’s intended to. I am extremely satisfied with this TV. Sometimes, when my soundbar is connected via blue tooth, it starts acting up and braking up the sound, but you can just do a hard reset using the remote and it reconnects like it never happened. That being said, the audio on the TV is good enough to use without a soundbar (I just had it before the TV and decided to use it) . Overall, this is a solid TV for the price.
