I love that it has me DirecTV and I can watch that anytime I get ready to come have to use my other and I can watch that anytime I get ready to I'm going to have to use my other remote. a whole team of people focus I still haven't learned all the features on the TV long as it come on and I can turn it off and turn the channel I'm good but good product. I still have not learned all the features on the TV I'm getting used to it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I loved it but it broke. The screen went black but you can still hear sound. It is dark you can see a very dim light emanate from the screen. Cuatomer servhce won't help me. Everything we own is Samsung so it is disappointing

This TV exceeded my expectations. The picture quality is incredibly sharp, the colors are vibrant, and the sound is much better than I expected. It's fast, easy to navigate, and all of my favorite streaming apps work flawlessly. Setup only took a few minutes, and everything has run smoothly since day one. I had to buy a 3rd party to be able to fast forward and to do some other standard functions. With either control, the options work fairly slowly and the menu structure is cumbersome. Bluetooth works well and connects easily with my external ampllifier.

Only downside is for some reason darkness in movies can be hard to make out depending on what you're watching and the quality of video. One other thing that could have been better was the speakers. They aren't as clear as I'd hoped but it's manageable.
