The latency is low, the display is smooth and the colors pop. I also love that it connects seamlessly with my Samsung account and is backed by Knox.

The built-in apps work well, with just a slight delay when loading. Samsung's free channels are a nice bonus. My husband loves watching their hunting and outdoor channels. This TV is a great value for the price.

But it does kind of seem like it was thrown together as there are small corners that aren't actually secure on the bottom of the frame. I also wish the remote had more features that go along with the TV like I wish it had the microphone

I don't know what happened, but it just quit working. And I 'm a Samsung fan. I have a samsung phone I have samsung everything, but the t v is pretty shotty i've already had to go buy another one. Not real happy. I wished I had purchased the warranty!

The 4K resolution is super sharp and the "Crystal Processor" does a great job upscaling older content so it doesn't look blurry. I really like the slim "MetalStream" design—it looks a lot more expensive than it actually is. The Smart TV interface is fast and easy to navigate. Only complaint is that screen goes black when I switch to HOME on my DISH controller but sound remains on???Have to shut TV down and bring back up. Have learned to work around it. TV is not as easy to operate/navigate as my previous TV of a different brand. Probably would not choose this Samsung Model again.
