I do find it a little fustrating trying to get the apps you want on the home screen but aside from that everything else is perfect. The gaming hub and cloud gaming is really convenient. The last app memory has been pretty handy too, its really nice to not have to spend forever reopening apps and searchinh for where you lefy off at when someone accidentally exits out of the show you are watching. Auto updates help a lot too, especially since I always forget to do it. The sleep mode is great if like to fall asleep with the tv on. I have to say out of every brand and tv I have ever owned this really is the best. I do not regret this purchase at, its definitely worth every penny!

The picture quality is sharp, clear, and colorful, and the 4K resolution makes movies, sports, and streaming look excellent. The screen size is perfect and really makes the viewing experience feel more immersive. The smart features are easy to use, the apps run smoothly, and the menu is simple to navigate. This model has just the right amount of features and the vibrant color and performance when it comes to lots of activity on the screen there is no noticeable ghosting or shadowing of the image. The ability to just stream from the smart TV is also wonderful. Never knew I needed that feature. The television has the typical security for the TV password or something else for a picture too which is also another great feature I never knew I needed

Only thing missing is sound quality. The dialogues are sometimes not very clear when there are some background noises.

I had recently bought a roku 50" with three years warranty that after one year the screen went completely black lines and they wouldn't honor the warranty! After all the excuses, I decided to purchase my Samsung 55" couldn't have made a better decision I am ecstatic about the choice!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like that it's light weight and easy to position on the wall. The aout clarity is convenient. I love how it switches in and out of game mode without me having to do anything. The picture resolution color is amazingly clear and the auto brightness feature is great.

Purchased this TV in November as part of their doorbuster sale, brought it home unpacked it and everything was good EXCEPT there was a black "botch" or "cloud" on the right hand side of the screen. Thought maybe it just need to run for a bit but the spot never went away, now comes the reason I'm giving it 1 star, Samsung support is non-existant. I've called them 4 times now and each time I run through all their steps, the people on the phone are super friendly, they assign a case and then within a few days that support case is cancelled for no reason, I never even receive a call about scheduling. The first case was cancelled because the agent said the tv was not in a home...which is pretty judgemental of my house I think. I mean it's not a mansion but it's a nice home. I have no idea why they cancelled the second time because they never tell you WHY they cancel, however I got all the way to the part where they asked for a picture of the receipt from Sams club via text and then cancelled the next day ( sent them 2 pictures of the receipt), the third time I called I provided all the info again...got a case and a few days later it was cancelled by agent again. At this point I have no choice but to return the TV to Sams but since these are currently "sold out" I'll be geting a refund and probably buying a LG or something else. Too bad the TV itself seems great. This whole interaction has put me in the "not buying samsung anymore" category.
