[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Extremely happy with our new Samsung TV. Picture is amazing and see full blacks for the first time was a revelation. The only issue I have is with the design of the remote control. It is overly sensitive to the even slightest touch, which can cause you to go to places that you never meant to. If there were an alternate model available, I would gladly look at one, because my frustration with the remote is real and I have to deal with it every day. So TV, its options, the picture, etc. get 5 stars, but the substandard remote control brings my review down to 4 stars. C'mon Samsung, you can address the problems with the remote control and make one that is more user friendly and intuitive. Do that and you will get that fifth star from me!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am really enjoying my new television. It is such an upgrade from my last tv. It comes on immediately and the picture is beautiful. I have no problems streaming movies from prime or watch the NFL in multi view. I can use my blue ray dvd players without even having to change the inputs because the tv does it for me. The clarity of the picture is phenomenal and I can watch it from all over the room, I don't need to be sitting directly in front of it. I am still learning how to use the remote and the Samsung plus movies that are included. Overall, I am pleased with my purchase.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] it's great that the hub had many apps to choose from and quite easily download. sometimes however, the screen would flicker randomly and freeze the apps. i would have to wait in the hub because i couldn't find a way to close them and i couldn't use any other app unless i closed that one. i would have to re download whenever that happened. other than the hub i found the tv to be good and had great visuals.
