[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] great picture when I'm using the TV for video games also great for movies and high def sharpness when I at the cities that it shows in the background or the color that it shows for mother or the color that it shows for Mother or the color that it shows for mother nature be the trees water in the sky the resolution is so sharp really appreciate the TV just the brightness when I'm in the dark room and the interface with their read the interaction with the TV is easy in the contrast of the little details of the pictures that you see that you is from when you it's from when you look up close at the TV.

It is easy to control and we can watch the channels we want without using several remotes. Also being able to play games without a separate console is a plus. I would recommend this TV hands down.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The easiest TV i have ever used, the home screen is easy to navigate, and everything is a couple pushes on the remote away from each other. The remote is by far the easiest and simplest remote I have ever used also. The picture is top notch.

Frustration. Ordered this tv and it came with broken screen. Returned it and ordered another. Opened 2nd one and another broken screen! The tv does not have enough protective packaging. Gave up and purchased a tv from the in store club. bummer as it was an online deal only.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had to return the first one (dark triangle in bottom right corner) to the store and then pick up the second one at another store. It has a different problem, two one pixel vertical lines near the right edge - one red and one green - that’s over 4000 bad pixels. Samsung support agrees it’s a problem but has not followed up on human chat promise to service or replace it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The tv has brilliant color clarity and resolution. Zero lag, no shadow or trailing. It has multiple, customizable brightness settings depending on media broadcast. The user menu is tricky to use at first, but is second nature after simple navigation. The ONLY downfall is the black contrast. It doesn't hit true black and pixelates constantly trying to find that balance. If that doesn't bother you this might be the tv for you!

I will never order another TV shipped from Sam's Club. I have over the years bought many TV's in club and never were they in this condition. Box was in perfect shape so i will not blame FedEx on this. These TV's come from the warehouse like this I am sure. Do NOT BUY this TV like i did to be shipped on line. Take a look at the TV right out of the box after delivery. And if you do MAKE SURE you check it right away upon delivery or you could be stuck with it because often you have only 5 days or less to report damage from delivery. Now im stuck with the problem of trying to get my refund or find another TV at Local Club that is not cracked like this one. I will definitely not have them deliver a replacement!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Got this for my parents for Christmas. I have a similar one and liked it so much I got another for them. The picture is great the sound is good. I love the smart interface on the Samsung TVs I think its as user friendly as any I've used. I've never had issues with getting apps I want and they all seem to work well. Its really a great TV I dont know wq hat else I could ask for.
