This is a nice quality item however even though it is listed as a " top "in my opinion this is more of a sweater thickness.  Returning because this sweater is just too heavy for me

This is a sweater not a long sleeve "top"

Ordered this Rafaella shirt in black xl online and they sent me a xxl in black. Called customer services and they ordered the original xl ordered in black, but then canceled it the day before it was due to be delivered without explanation. Unfortunately this is not the first issue with seemingly orders made successfully that are then canceled just before they're projected to arrive.

Very Disappointed in the Online Ordering

Has a little bit of a fancy look with the gold on the neck, not tight around the neck.  Fits comfortably, material has a little stretch to it. Fits true to size, I bought a medium. Thicker material then it looks, color is super vibrant.
