Great laptop

Happy with this 2-in-1. It’s fast and has plenty of storage and the touchscreen is clear and responsive. Being able to flip into a tablet is super convenient especially when I’m traveling. Would recommend if you need something portable and versatile with a good amount of storage space that has the processor to back it up.

Easy and reliable performance

Really enjoying this Gateway 2-in-1 so far. It runs fast, the screen looks good, and flipping it into tablet mode is super handy when I'm just lounging around. Tons of storage, no lag, and it feels dependable. The 2-year warranty is a nice little bonus, too. Overall, just a solid laptop that does what you need without any fuss.

Flexible laptop with lots of storage!

A powerful, flexible laptop that basically acts like a laptop and a tablet in one. Great performance, tons of storage, and a really nice touchscreen that makes the 2-in-1 features actually useful—not just a gimmick.

1st and last Gateway I will ever purchase

Bought laptop used it for 1-2 months and keys stopped working. Like I could not log into , because %23's and letters on keyboard would not work. 3 calls and a few hours on phone with Gateway trouble shooting and trying to figure it out. They keep giving me we have to try this try that, could not get them to warranty or fix it. Tired of them wasting my time I reached out to Allstate to see what they would do since I bought the insurance with it. Within 30 min had shipping labels to print and send to them to repair. They were not able to fix it, and are no going to reimburse me for purchase.

False claim of fingerprint scanner!

This laptop is falsely advertised as having a fingerprint scanner. IT DOES Not! I wasted hours settings this up and could not understand why I couldn't use the fingerprint print scanner. I had 3 calls and multiple emails with Gateway support helping me through the process. They told me they thought I had a bad driver. The next day, Gateway sent me an email stating, fal model does not have a fingerprint scanner." What a wasted of time!
