I really liked the look of the ribbed bracelet but it was so light weight that it resembled costume jewelry. The actual weight was 5.33 grams on my scale when description says approximately 6 grams. When an item is so cheaply made and expensive (dollars/gram) skimping on the weight makes a difference in the overall value. This bracelet was shipped from manufacturer so Sam’s wouldn’t know if they were being cheated. With the big jump in gold prices, everything now weighs less than gold items I have purchased from Sam’s in the past and it definitely shows in the poor quality. I think Sam’s should offer items that are heavier and more durable even if it means charging a little more. The heavier gold items I have bought from Sam’s in past have performed well over time. I returned this item.
