[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Was between a full espresso machine and a nespresso and am so happy with my choice! It's easy to use, fast, has tons of options and makes a reliably satisfying drink every time! Currently obsessed with yuzu vanilla iced lattes! It's been a big upgrade to my morning routine.

I was gifted this machine a week ago for my birthday! Let me tell you, this has really improved my morning routine. It brings me so much joy to see my husband bringing me a delicious, frothy, latte-like coffee in bed. We no longer have to wait a full 10 minutes for a pot to brew. So convenient, luxurious, and tasty!

I purchased this Pop Vertuo last year (2025) as a mother's present to myself. Let me just say this. Those who are giving it low star ratings aren't due to machine problems; it's user error! This machine provides 5 different size variations, allows for Bluetooth pairing thru a Nespresso app to modify the amount and flow for each pod size. Yes! It does that. I like my pods to give me a lil more extraction to get my money's worth. I also have a Delonghi Red (a collaboration between Delonghi & Nespresso), a Delonghi espresso machine, and a Keurig. But this little Pop Vertuo is my GO-TO every time! I come from coffee grower ancestry which means I have coffee beans in my blood! Best coffee machine out there! I've tried them all and did all the leg-work for you. Buy it! You're welcome! Read the manual and download the app so your coffee always tastes great. Also? Water matters! I only use natural spring water and distilled. It makes a hell of a difference. Know your coffee! Know your machine. Know what you're buying. If it isn't giving you frothy crema, extraordinary taste and full satisfaction, that's not a Nespresso issue. That's a “you” issue! Don't take it out on Nespresso and lower the ratings for the rest of us because you didn't take the time to know your machine and learn its potential. Thank you.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We love our new Vertuo Pop Plus! This is our first espresso maker, and everything has been as advertised. Even though it's one of the more affordable Vertuo machines, I haven't found any drawbacks. Making any drink is so quick and easy, and all of the coffees and espressos we have tried have been delicious. The only thing I noticed is that when adding warmed milk from the add-on frother, the temperature of the espresso seems to drop fairly quickly. But I guess that means I'm just sipping it too slowly! Still 5 stars.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was very hesitant on purchasing but I made this a birthday gift from me to me. I like the Nespresso Vertuo because it's quick, convenient, and consistently makes smooth, great-tasting coffee. It's super easy to use, and I love that I can get a quality cup without any hassle or guesswork

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this machine because I wanted an upgrade from my Keurig, but didn't have the budget or the patience for a manual espresso machine. Dialing in grind sizes, tamping, and mastering espresso technique just wasn't realistic for my daily routine, and this machine solved that dilemma. Speed & Convenience: Heats up almost instantly and brews a cup in under a minute. Flavor Exploration: Pod variety has made it fun to explore different roasts, origins, and drink sizes to figure out what I actually like. Design: Sleek look and is foolproof to operate. Great for good coffee without the steep learning curve, hefty price tag, or morning fuss.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Nespresso is life changing! Good coffee, minimal effort, and an amazing morning. I am following the basic recipes for now, so I am sure as I experiment more, it will only get better.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this coffee maker! It's amazing. I love the crema that it creates. It's awesome that I can press the button again for a bit more. The richness of the coffee it makes is so satisfying. I think the price is very reasonable too.
