For some reason the lead is glued onto the bottom part of the box, so when you open it, you tear part of box sides apart, and it just doesn't look nice after. Because of the size of the box, the puzzle pieces are falling out and it's easy to lose some. The quality of the puzzle itself seems OK. However the puzzle was not packed in any bag inside of the box. The picture the rack to reference is small, so I would be happy if I would get a larger picture folded inside and it would be easier to assemble the puzzle. And I would prefer the box to be bigger so that the puzzle pieces would not fall out of it, and also I would prefer the puzzle itself to be packaged additionally ,in some bag, it can be paper bag if you're going eco-friendly but definitely the puzzle needs a little bit more improvement.

I think my daughter could have put it together in on 6 hour sitting if she had done it alone. Definitely a lot of fun.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was gifted this 1000 piece puzzle, from Buffalo Games with the puzzle picture being artwork by Charles Wysocki, known for his nostalgic Americana scenes. This one depicts an Amish countryside: rolling hills, farms, horse-and-buggies, quilts, etc. My family and I find ourselves spending time together over the summer or winter sitting down over a week or two and putting together a puzzle. This year is no exception. This finished size puzzle will be just about 27 inches by almost 20 inches. Perfect for when we are finished placing in a frame and hanging this artwork on the wall. We find ourselves keeping either the box or a finished picture of the puzzle close by to help guide us as to where different areas of the puzzle have the colors or designs we are needing or working on. I like how this puzzle has the “Perfect Snap” feature, letting you know the piece is locked in. We look forward to looking for other Buffalo Games puzzles. I'd show you the finished puzzle, but it's going to take a little time.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This puzzle was fun! Very colorful and of course it featured the kids favorite cartoon characters. At 1000 pieces it took us about a week to complete after homework and dinner were over. Even the 8 year old looked forward to working on it. The pieces fit well into each other and they use plant based dyes so you don't have to worry about chemicals on your fingers when putting it together!

I appreciate the complexity in design, which allows my family to gather around the table for multiple sessions of puzzle making or just a quick stop by the table when they need an stress-reliever. The pieces are sturdy and have that satisfying “snap.” I believe this would also be a beautiful framed piece if one would want to glue/mount the finished product. After my family is done I will take this to work to allow another round of assembly-honestly a joy to keep using/passing along.

I plan to do mine after Christmas and give to my local post office to hang on their wall. Very nicely made, pieces were not chipped or stuck together. They fit together seamlessly and the packaging was so cute! Very secure packaging to ensure we don't lose pieces.

But I forgot to take a picture of the after. But I do have my mom putting it together so I will get a picture of it soon. But it worth it.
