I've never seen a better quality picture on a tv, in my house or anyone else's. The big game and the big premiere, are always hosted at my house. My only buyer's remorse is that I didn't get the bigger one. That's it.

Still requires two people but it was easy with the two. Set up was real simple and the navigation to get going was intuitive. Still learning my way around all the features but once you get it it's easy to navigate. Love the simple remote.

Being able to use some of the cloud based platforms, allowing me to FINALLY play PlayStation games without having to buy one, has made life easier. And saved me money! Playing games in 4k with true 120hz refresh rate is absolutely incredible as well. I would not only recommend this to friends and family, I bought one for my parents. The colors are bright and lively, immersion is one of a kind. Truly the best purchase I have made in a very, very long time. Thank you Samsung!

The picture is so good—like, amazing. The colors are bright and everything looks so clear, even old shows. ​The menu is easy to use, too. I'm not a tech person, but I figured it out right away. All the apps are there, and I can just click around and find what I want. It's also super fast, so no waiting around for things to load. ​The only thing is that the screen can be a little bit shiny if the sun is hitting it, but it's not a big deal. For the price, this TV is perfect. It feels like a really expensive one, but it wasn't. I'd definitely recommend it.

There are many moments that the volume increases dramatically on its own with heavy crowd noise which drowns out the announcers. I'd estimate the overall volume increases 25% and is unbearable. It will go back to normal levels on its own.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is Probably one of the best TV's I've had, and I am hopeful for more technology like this to be developed.Q LED is very nice and vibrant, like a better plasma TV. My grandson got it for us recently, and it has been very good on the eyes. I suggest looking at a comparison in person next time you visit a store, as it is certainly noticeable. Only four stars as it has been a bit challenging for me to navigate menus.
