[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First, let me say that I bought this to replace a dead 2019 Q80. I thought I would be getting a comparable TV, but no. The screen is very reflective compared to my former set. The user interface is needlessly busy. You cannot access a complete app store, so app selection is sorely lacking (again, compared to my old tv). For example, when searching for my local TV station's app, I get Youtube videos in the results. What is the purpose of a smart TV if you can't get the apps you want? I want to watch what I want to watch, not Samsung TV Plus or the apps that paid Samsung for placement. No one has cable anymore so app selection is key. For the amount I paid, I believed it would be a more versatile device. I would not purchase another Samsung TV.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently got the new Samsung QN80FD TV, and I love it. It looks really nice, super thin, and fits perfectly in my living room. The picture is so good—like, amazing. The colors are bright and everything looks so clear, even old shows. ​The menu is easy to use, too. I'm not a tech person, but I figured it out right away. All the apps are there, and I can just click around and find what I want. It's also super fast, so no waiting around for things to load. ​The only thing is that the screen can be a little bit shiny if the sun is hitting it, but it's not a big deal. For the price, this TV is perfect. It feels like a really expensive one, but it wasn't. I'd definitely recommend it.

This 75" replaced a 5-year old 65" Sony TV that worked well in our family room, but developed a mysterious white line across the screen. We purchased the new 75" Samsung from Costco and it has been a real delight to watch my Eagles on a wider, more vibrant screen (QLED really matters) with state-of-the art features (e.g., accessing Netflix, Xfinity, etc.) and have access to the Samsung capabilities. Great price, great TV.

Still requires two people but it was easy with the two. Set up was real simple and the navigation to get going was intuitive. Still learning my way around all the features but once you get it it's easy to navigate. Love the simple remote.
