I've been taking creatine for about 2 years now since it's one of the most studied supplements that has proven benefits when it comes to gym performance and recovery. These are basically regular gummies that also have your daily dose of creatine. They have a very nice chew and don't get stuck in your teeth with a citric acid coating to add a bit of texture. There's 4 different flavors in the tub, my favorites being Orange and Watermelon. With the recent creatine gummy scandal, I'm glad these are third party tested and even have an ingredient called AstraGin to improve the creatine absorption. However, when I say they're gummies, they really are. They're much bigger than a full sugar gummy since the first ingredient is a sugar substitute, but they do still have 45 calories and 5 grams of sugar per serving. Despite that, I still think they're easy to fit into your day for quick and tasty creatine.
