I purchases 2 of these for camping and to use with my outdoor theater. I love that they synch together, 1 alone sounds great, 2 even better. Not sure if they actually perform in Stereo when synced or both in mono though. What I HATE is the display. Red on black, really? This is the worst display design ever. It's impossible to see during the daytime if there's any light. At night it's ok. Also all settings (bass boost, volume, bass/treble) reset when you turn off the power or disconnect for a short period of time. Then you have to go back, turn the volume up, re-adjust all settings all over again. It's a pain and frustrating esp while camping or in the pool etc. No I would not recommend this to friends because of this, mainly the worthless display!

Worth the money great sound

Had one last many years, and then this one was given on Easter 2024 and after ONE use, it does not hold charge, turn on, mic unable to work. Incredibly disappointed!!!!

Bought this speaker at Sam’s Club for a family event that was in a pretty large venue. The speaker comes with power cord and wired microphone. It has nice wheels with telescoping handle and a nice sturdy carry handle as well. You can charge up to use internal battery or plug in directly for a higher wattage performance. It has Bluetooth capability , FM radio, gain and echo control for the microphone and guitar/second microphone. The speaker is weather proof but not something you would leave outside in rainy or wet weather. I like that it even has a bottle opener on back of unit and a nice mesh storage bag attached to hold power cord and microphone. Sound was good when very few people in room and I hooked up a wireless microphone and it worked pretty well also. This speaker does have a good sound and would be adequate for an outside event or inside event with not too large of a room. Used for a video/picture slideshow with music in it and speaker worked very well when room was quieter . The microphone did not have the volume needed for me but truthfully I was using speaker in a large room with a lot of people. All in all I like the overall looks, performance and durability of speaker. For a rugged and durable speaker and what it offers I am pleased and would recommend this speaker for the cost.
